Front of House Standard Scope of Cleaning

• Sweeping and mopping floors using degreaser to remove any build-up 
• Wiping down of all tabletops/counters using microfiber cloths along with proper disinfection sprays 
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas including mats and 
• Cleaning of all windows to remove smudges or fingerprints 
• Dusting service area to remove build-up and keep the restaurant looking new 
• Trash removal and replacement of liner followed by dumpster take out 
• Spraying down walls and baseboards to remove spots or mold
• Degreasing behind bar floors to keep floors smooth with 0 stick or slipperiness 

Front of House Deep Clean 

• Scrubbing floors with specialty equipment and degreaser
• pressure wash stone or tile floors
• pressure wash outside front windows 
• buffing floors with electronic floor scrubbers.  
• steam cleaning booth seats 
• steam cleaning carpets 

Kitchen Standard Cleaning 

• Walking areas, under equipment, surrounding outside the mop sink, stairs leading to the basement, and cover areas not generalized here will be swept followed by mopping using degreaser.
•  All trash-related bins must have trash taken out, and replaced the liner, and the exterior of the bin such as the handles must be wiped down.  
• The mop sink must be cleaned out if there is a growth of garbage build-up.
• Wiping down kitchen equipment once they are turned off and emptied using a microfiber cloth with stainless steel cleaner and/or disinfectant 

Kitchen Deep Clean 

• The entirety of the kitchen area must be mopped & scrubbed along with well-maintained high-quality equipment followed by using wet vac for water pickup.  
• Kitchen equipment scrubbed with sponge or machine to remove build-up of rust or grease stains
• hood filters emptied and washed
• Cleaning kitchen equipment including flat top, hood filter, fryers, grills, etc.
• Equipment on wheels moved to clean back walls for removal of rust and grease build-up

Full-Service Restroom Cleaning

• Wipe trash receptacles 
• Clean and polish dispensers, mirrors, and fixtures 
• Clean and disinfect washbasin and toilet bowl 
• Wipe down walls as needed and stall doors
• Dusting the tops of the partitions 
• Removing the trash to the dumpster, and replacing the liner. Replace female product liners. 
• Sweep restrooms before wet mopping restrooms with approved chemicals
